For almost 30 years, Mr. Malhi has lived and breathed the culinary world, working in professional kitchens, perfecting recipes and learning how to make people feel at home through food. Over these decades he has explored the rich diversity of Indian cuisine – from fragrant curries and slow-cooked classics to the vibrant snacks of Mumbai, Delhi, Amritsar and Jalandhar.
With his restaurant in Munich, he now brings this experience – and the true spirit of Indian street food – to the heart of the city. Guests can expect bold flavours, fresh ingredients and dishes that are prepared with the same energy and warmth you would find at a busy Indian food stall.
